The Acquisition and Account Manager, WFS will be in charge of developing and managing business relationships and playing a crucial role in the expansion of the WFS ecosystem. This position involves working closely with both current and new seller partners to enhance their presence on WFS. Responsibilities also include monitoring and contributing to growth at the category level and advocating for seller partner interests internally to prioritize tech initiatives for WFS.
Responsibilities:- Manage WFS accounts and boost business growth for a diverse range of sellers. Conduct regular business reviews with top sellers.
- Ensure growth based on categories and regions on WFS according to the established plans.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for sellers onto the WFS platform, offering support with item setup, content creation, PO generation, and inbound processes at WFS FCs.
- Continuously assess our program in comparison to competitor programs and offerings.
- Strive to deliver continuous added value for active sellers by leveraging seller feedback, market benchmarks, and global best practices.
- Formulate seller marketing strategies – including events, site placements, and promotions that increase traffic and GMV.
- Track and analyze key business performance indicators, such as GMV and other seller-related metrics.
- Collaborate effectively across various teams to address seller challenges and find solutions collectively.
- Minimum educational requirement: College diploma
- Minimum years of work experience: 5-7 years
- Minimum supervisory/management experience: 1-3 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint is highly beneficial for enhancing productivity.
- Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools is advantageous.
