We are seeking a highly-skilled and motivated Manager to join our finance team and play a key role in driving accurate financial reporting and strategic financial planning.

The Manager, Financial Reporting and FP&A, will be responsible for overseeing aspects of financial reporting, analysis, and planning, and will play a key role in a dynamic and committed team where each individual's contribution has a direct impact on the success of LHG.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Finance, and based in our North York office with a hybrid 3-2 model, the role will have the following ongoing responsibilities:

Perform monthly balance sheet and income statement analyses and reconciliations.
Prepare accurate and quality period-end Management reporting and provide variance analyses against forecast, plan and prior year for Senior Management, Operations and Clinics

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (within and outside of Finance) to address any discrepancies and streamline reporting processes, as well as to gather relevant data and insights for financial analysis.

Weekly analysis and insight of revenue trends
Regular analysis of hourly, salary, fee for service and indirect labour costs by clinic for cost-savings opportunities or capacity underutilization

Serve as a finance business partner to clinics across Canada, providing guidance and support to ensure financial goals are met.

Prepare ad-hoc reports, analyses and other duties as assigned to support strategic decision-making.
CPA, CA, or other accounting/professional designation, or working towards such designation
~ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
~3+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role
~ Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques
~ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, manipulating large volumes of data).
~ Experience using Sage/Accpac, Vena, and Power BI would be a strong asset
~ Bilingual (French/English) would be a strong asset, as there are Clinics located in Quebec, Canada
