The Role

Mortgage renewals and client satisfaction are the driving forces behind CWB Optimum's accomplishments. The Client Relationship Officer (CRO) plays a vital role in its strategic vision by establishing full-service banking connections between our clients and sectors of CWB Financial Group. The CRO's main focus is to conduct outbound sales activities throughout the mortgage journey crucial for nurturing expanding connections. This position is mainly telephone-based, so if you enjoy conversing on the phone and can convey messages clearly via phone, this role is perfect for you.

  • Enhance client loyalty
  • Foster new relationships by offering tailored solutions
  • Deliver knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient service along with personalized advice

Responsibilities

  • Reach the required volume of proactive, outbound interactions with new and existing clients to review crucial aspects of their business and educate them on the advantages of working with CWB
  • Develop a follow-up plan with identified client opportunities and generate future prospects by uncovering further needs of our customers and enhancing their loyalty to CWB
  • Meet referral goals successfully to achieve team and personal objectives while ensuring an excellent client transition experience
  • Pose open-ended discovery questions to ensure all the financial needs of our clients are addressed and any concerns are resolved promptly or delegated in a timely manner
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Retention Teams to provide exceptional client service and reach individual and team financial targets
  • Regularly apply KYC to personalize overall client retention and relationship building

  • Diploma/Degree in a Business-Related Field
  • Experience in Phone Sales

  • 2+ years in a Banking Environment with Exposure to Mortgage Products
