Responsibilities:

  • Icebreaking cold calls? Check. Inperson and overthephone sales wizardry? Doublecheck.
  • Managing customer complaints and inquiries with finesse and flair, ensuring they leave smiling (and staying with us).
  • Building relationships that last longer than a deep freeze, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Brainstorming with the sales team to spot new business opportunities and strategies for growth.
  • Staying as cool as a cucumber with industry trends and market conditions to ensure we're always one step ahead.
  • Exceeding sales targets and KPIs like a pro.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is like having the frosting on the cake—preferred but not essential.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the refrigeration or HVAC industry, because we're not just looking for someone who can sell; we want someone who can sell ice in Antarctica (and make penguins chuckle while doing it).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are nonnegotiable; you should be able to chat with a penguin and negotiate with a polar bear (figuratively speaking, of course).
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and competitive sales environment, because here, we don't just break the ice; we shatter it.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills are a must; you should be able to juggle more balls than a circus performer (metaphorically, unless you're into that sort of thing).
