Job Posting - Pipeline Maintenance: Project Administrator


Maxx North America Services Ltd., one of Alberta's most progressive and innovative pipeline and water management service companies, is looking to hire a motivated, capable and dynamic Project Administrator to work within our growing Pipeline Maintenance division.

This opportunity represents a compelling career challenge for someone looking to get in on the ground floor with an up-and-coming company that has a strong leadership team based in Edmonton.

The role is based in Edmonton, Alberta.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Project Managers with administrative functions and processes.
  • Managing daytoday activities for the Project Management team.
  • Analyzing project data and producing progress reports.
  • Creating and managing LEMs for projects.
  • Creating and processing purchase orders.
  • Create and maintain reports addressing all aspects of projects including budget, schedule and quality.
  • Recognize which areas of project development need to be addressed in order to maintain efficiency and cost control.

Skills and Experience:

years of experience in a Project Administration role.

  • Post-Secondary education (Business Administration Diploma) or similar certification is preferred.
  • Utilize accounting software to assist in setting and monitoring costs of a project.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude is a MUST.
