To support our next phase of growth, Quartermaster is looking for a Field Sales Representative to build out existing communities on the Homeowner platform.

As a member of the Community Acquisition team and reporting to the Field Sales Lead, your job will be on the front lines re-engaging and introducing Quartermaster to homeowners in the Greater Toronto Area (specifically West End, Midtown, and East End Toronto, and Scarborough).

Work with the Community Team and other stakeholders to drive acquisition within GTA communities.
Leverage existing marketing initiatives in communities to educate homeowners on the new features and benefits of Quartermaster.
Potentially grow your experience and move into more senior roles along your career path.

A drive for sales with a hard line for integrity
Experience and success in door-to-door sales and managing sales teams
A roll-up-your-sleeves approach to getting out into the field to iterate sales techniques
Experience with in-person events, trade shows, marketing initiatives, etc.
A successful history of in-person sales with an emphasis on script, pitches, and iterations.
Zeal for taking on challenges head-first and using roadblocks as an opportunity to improve and pivot your sales approach
