Beacon Building Products - Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Vaughan, ON. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and lead generation using various tools and resources
  • Sales and account management, including face-to-face selling and phone sales
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborating with the inside sales support team and vendors to promote products and services
  • Participating in industry-related organizations to enhance sales growth opportunities
Requirements:
  • Strong sales, presentation, and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Outstanding work ethic and high level of ambition
  • Independent self-starter with a preference for initiating and setting own direction
  • Highly motivated with unprecedented drive for results
  • Ability to meet monthly targets
  • Experience with reading and interpreting commercial construction specifications
  • Strong industry knowledge with a proven track record, an asset
  • Solid computer skills
