Customer Experience Specialists

who will work alongside the Customer Experience Specialist to assist in connecting with the registrants for Devron's brand-new condominium that has come to market, 101 Spadina. This is a great opportunity for anyone who has a passion for communicating and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be based just steps from our beautifully designed Presentation Gallery and on the edge of the downtown core at Spadina & Adelaide

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to 101 Spadina's registrant databases.
  • Become wellversed in 101 Spadina in order to communicate with registrants and inspire interest in the project.
  • Communicate accurate information on 101 Spadina to registrants in a clear and professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed notes of calls with registrants and correctly input information into a proprietary CRM system.
  • Schedule appointments for registrants to visit the presentation gallery.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role with an emphasis on phone communication is a must.
  • Previous experience using a CRM system and/or calendar booking system.
  • Proficient in English.
  • High Level of Empathy.
  • Passionate & Professional Communicator.
  • Diligent.
  • Strong Organizational Skills.
  • Previous experience in a callcentre environment is considered an asset.

Mon-Thurs - 11-6pm

Fridays - closed

Sat & Sun - 11-6pm
