Office Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet visitors.
- Manage front desk operations; process cash, credit cards and mail.
- Serve as a first point of contact for clients, vendors and coworkers.
- Obtain and verify job related information.
- Inform management of any obstacles or questions.
Salary:
$16.00-$17.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Concord, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
