Qualifications and Requirements

-Monday - Friday, approximately 40 hours per week.

-9-month employment term with opportunity to extend

-The ability to work with a team of office administrators, get along with them, communicate well, and always be professional and respectful of your co-workers.

-Date entry speed: 50 words + per minute.

-A friendly and patient customer service phone voice.

-Ability to deal confidently and in a professional way with customers and work deadlines.

-The technical requirements include: phone, fax, email, Internet browsing, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

-We use Mac computers in our office.

Company interviews will be held at our Company Head Office: 1475 Star Top Rd, Unit 4, Ottawa K1B3W5.
