Degree equivalency

Experience in the delivery of real property construction projects
OR
Experience in coordinating property and facilities management (operations, maintenance, and building services).

Experience in providing recommendations and advice to clients and/or management in at least one (1) of the three (3) following areas:

  • Real Property
  • Facilities Management
  • Project Management
Experience in producing statements of requirements.

Experience in preparing written briefing material.

Experience working in a judicial or quasi-judicial* environment.

Experience in the delivery of real property projects.

Definition:

  • Judicial or quasijudicial environment means a Board, Commission, Tribunal or Court (Federal, Provincial or Municipal).
Willing and able to work overtime often on short notice.

Willing and able to travel within Canada.
