Le poste de recruteur étudiant du Campus Saint-Jean est principalement situé sur le Campus Saint-Jean à Edmonton, en Alberta. Le poste sera aussi occasionnellement situé sur le Campus Nord à Edmonton, AB. Les heures de travail pour ce poste seront variées, y compris l'obligation de travailler les soirs et les fins de semaine. Ce poste exige des heures supplémentaires, de nombreux déplacements au Canada et des absences du domicile qui peuvent durer en moyenne plus de cinq jours par voyage (principalement de septembre à décembre).

Le _Student Recruitment Centre of Expertise_ soutient le recrutement d'étudiants potentiels de premier cycle à l'Université de l'Alberta. Ce poste unique se rapportera directement au _Student Recruitment Service Partner_ au sein du _Student Recruitment Centre of Expertise_ du bureau du registraire, mais il travaillera quotidiennement en étroite collaboration avec le recruteur principal d'étudiants du Campus Saint-Jean et le reste de l'équipe de recrutement du CSJ, qui se trouve sur place et qui relève directement du Campus Saint-Jean.

Le recruteur d'étudiants du Campus Saint-Jean est responsable de la diffusion de l'information et de la promotion efficace de l'Université de l'Alberta, et plus particulièrement de la connaissance du Campus Saint-Jean (CSJ) auprès des étudiants potentiels de tout le Canada. Ce poste passionnant et diversifié soutient l'exécution des stratégies de recrutement du CSJ, ce qui comprend la représentation du CSJ dans les salons de l'enseignement postsecondaire, les présentations en classe, la planification d'événements pour les étudiants potentiels, les visites du campus, l'organisation et l'exécution de détails administratifs et la recherche des tendances de recrutement, au besoin, pour recruter des étudiants potentiels exceptionnels. Ce poste exige de nombreux déplacements à travers l'Alberta et le Canada, en ciblant des écoles secondaires, des collèges et des événements spéciaux pour recruter des étudiants potentiels par le biais de présentations et d'interactions individuelles. De plus, ce poste participera au recrutement et à la connexion avec les étudiants potentiels en utilisant des plateformes virtuelles.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Voyager à travers l'Alberta et le Canada en ciblant des écoles secondaires, des institutions postsecondaires et des événements spéciaux pour recruter des étudiants potentiels par le biais de présentations, de foires de kiosques et de conseils individuels.
- Engager le public d'une manière appropriée à l'âge, à la culture et à l'inclusion.
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements courantes et non courantes concernant le CSJ et l'université, les possibilités d'apprentissage intégré au travail, les services aux étudiants, les exigences d'admission et le statut d'admission. Répondre à un éventail de questions sur une variété de sujets (tels que la conversion des programmes d'études nationaux, la conversion IB/AP, les liens aux parcours de carrière, les bourses d'études, etc).
- Fournir des sessions de conseil en personne et virtuellement ainsi que soutenir les visites et les événements du campus organisés pour les étudiants potentiels, les parents et les invités qui visitent le CSJ.
- Faire la promotion du CSJ et de l'Université de l'Alberta lors de divers événements de recrutement auprès des étudiants potentiels et de leurs parents, y compris en prenant la parole en public.
- Aider au développement, à la participation et à la mise en oeuvre de la logistique des événements de recrutement, tels que la journée portes ouvertes de la UofA. Aider à l'organisation d'autres événements clés liés à la promotion et à la visibilité du CSJ, tels que, mais sans s'y limiter, la Coupe du Chancelier, les événements de Canadian Parents for French, l'Olympiade des sciences, etc.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec tous les postes du _Student Recruitment Centre of Expertise_, ainsi qu'avec la direction et l'équipe de recrutement du CSJ afin de répondre aux besoins stratégiq
