Ce poste sert principalement au recrutement d'étudiants potentiels pour le Campus Saint-Jean, y compris les futurs étudiants de premier cycle et collégiaux. Ils sont également chargés de diffuser l'information concernant les programmes d'études supérieures. Ce poste se déplace souvent à l'extérieur de la région d'Edmonton, y compris à l'extérieur de la province, afin de faire des présentations dans les écoles et d'autres événements de recrutement d'étudiants potentiels.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Développer des présentations conçues pour promouvoir les programmes CSJ et attirer des étudiants potentiels;
- Collaborer à la mise en œuvre et à la maintenance des initiatives de recrutement électronique (salles de clavardage, bulletins électroniques, présentations en ligne, etc.);
- Offrir de fréquentes séances d'information individuelles et de groupe (dans les écoles, salons, séances programmées, etc.) pour les futurs étudiants (informations relatives aux programmes, bourses, résidence, services, vie étudiante, etc.);
- Promouvoir les programmes et éduquer le public sur les avantages d'être étudiant au CSJ par le biais de visites d'écoles secondaires et collégiales, ainsi que d'événements spéciaux;
- Au besoin et/ou en l'absence du recruteur sénior, effectuer des visites du Campus Saint-Jean;
- Tenir à jour une base de données des écoles, des personnes-ressources et des événements, dans le cadre du plan de recrutement;
- Communiquer de manière proactive et cohérente avec le chef du service exécutif - Services aux étudiants et ses collègues sur le campus;
- Collaborer à l'élaboration du rapport trimestriel sur les activités de recrutement (du 1er septembre au 20 décembre, du 1er janvier au 31 mars et du 1er avril au 30 août)
- Collaborer au développement, à la participation et à la mise en œuvre de la logistique des événements de recrutement, tels que la journée portes ouvertes de la UofA, les ateliers d'inscription et les ateliers de conseillers;
- Développer des relations solides avec les conseillers/enseignants du secondaire par le biais de lettres, de bulletins électroniques et d'un site Web, d'événements spéciaux pour les conseillers et de visites personnelles;
- Maintenir une connaissance continue des programmes et politiques actuels du CSJ et de la UofA afin de transmettre des informations correctes aux futurs étudiants, aux parents ainsi qu'aux conseillers;
- Assister aux réunions nationales de recrutement de la UofA une fois par mois;
- Soutenir les stratégies générales de recrutement de la UofA en participant à des événements de recrutement;
- Participer à d'autres événements clés liés à la promotion et à la visibilité du Campus Saint-Jean tels que, mais sans s'y limiter, la Coupe du Chancelier, les événements Canadian Parents for French, l'Olympiade de sciences, etc.;
- Participer à tous les aspects du cycle relationnel; initier des contacts; diriger les étudiants potentiels vers le service approprié en temps opportun;
- Participer à l'élaboration d'une stratégie nationale de recrutement pour le département, basée sur les tendances des rapports de recrutement et d'inscription, et planifier l'année de recrutement pendant la période estivale;
- Collaborer dans l'élaboration de matériel de recrutement et de campagnes promotionnelles, notamment en veillant à l'exactitude du site Web (programmes);
- Contribuer à l'examen annuel du contenu des publications de recrutement;
- Collaborer dans de nouveaux marchés;
- Examiner les horaires de pré-voyage et déterminer l'efficacité.
