We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Senior Digital VIP Manager to develop and recommend strategies to move customers through the lifecycle from onboarding through to retention of all key VIP customer segments.

Lead OLG Digital VIP program to champion and deliver best in class VIP experience for the Ontario market.

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Create and recommend an overarching strategic business plan to prospect, acquire, retain, and win the loyalty of digital VIP customers across all digital segments.

Develop the strategic approaches to acquiring and onboarding new VIP accounts.

Oversee the execution of the VIP business plan to continually improve VIP experiences, retain VIPs and grow our digital market share.

Achieve individual digital VIP KPIs as well as support the achievement of overarching digital KPIs.

Participate in agile lab teams through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products and experiences related to our VIP customers.

Design, implement and host in-person events to recruit and onboard new VIP accounts or further develop relationships with existing VIPs.

Work Experience: 5 years of VIP, Hospitality, Sales Acquisition or Loyalty Marketing experience or equivalent. Experience with gaming, sports betting, and lottery is an asset. Experience working in a multi-channel, multi-branded organization. Deep knowledge of VIP, Hospitability, Sales Acquisition or Loyalty Marketing strategies and tactics. Knowledgeable about sports betting, casino games and lottery products.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field of study, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Proficient in developing and articulating short-and long-term sales, marketing strategies and visions to all levels across the organization.
