Role Designation: Home Based

The Talent Acquisition Specialist - Bilingual (Contract) is accountable for supporting the achievements of ACG’s short and long term Mission, Vision and strategic objectives. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide sourcing support recruiting for our claims team. You will also provide support to other divisions within Ontario with regards to sourcing, development of candidate pipelines, interviewing and recommending the most qualified candidates.

Source candidates using your network for to support our recruitment.
Identify new sourcing strategies to proactively build a talent pipeline
Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, internet searches, networking etc.
Participate in projects/initiatives to build, pilot and enhance our sourcing capabilities
Accountable for end-to-end recruitment – including needs analysis, building recruitment strategies for vacant positions while partnering with managers and HR partners to provide guidance through the offer negotiation process
Ensure the Applicant Tracking System is updated with respect to both candidate and requisition information
Keep abreast of current trends and recruitment tools in the employment marketplace to build strategies
Monitor our hiring practices to ensure legal compliance
Provide guidance and feedback to managers throughout the recruitment process
Facilitate Recruitment related workshops for new and existing managers
Provide feedback to Management on what’s working, opportunities and trends and recommend solutions to enhance our Sourcing and Recruitment practices
Other duties and special projects as assigned

Fluency in both French and English
Post-secondary degree/diploma in Human Resources or a related field
Ability to source candidates from social media sites (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter), professional associations, online networking platforms, etc.
Experience mining online resume databases such as Indeed
Prior experience recruiting for multiple types and levels of positions using behavioral interview techniques
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
