Job Title: Head of MarketingLocation: Remote/Online PositionEarn $75k-$135k/Year (+ uncapped Performance-based bonuses) as the Head of Marketing at Apex Acquisition.Are you a marketing expert ready to lead a team and drive exceptional results for high-level clients?Apex Acquisition, a fast-growing advertising agency servicing Financial Advisors, is on the hunt for a brilliant Head of Marketing to join our team of A-players.- Oversee substantial ad spend and optimize campaigns…- Analyze data and implement creative strategies…- Lead and motivate a high performing team…Your role will be pivotal in managing $7-10k/day in ad spend across multiple accounts, optimizing campaigns, and generating leads & appointments. You’ll be the mastermind behind our marketing strategies, ensuring we continue to add millions in Assets Under Management for our clients.Not only do we offer a competitive salary, but we also provide significant bonus potential. We believe in meritocracies, where team members can achieve uncapped earning potential based on the value they create.Key Responsibilities:Media Buying & Optimization: Manage $7-10k/day in ad spend, make critical ad account decisions, and translate performance data into actionable plans.Data Analysis & Strategy: Analyze campaign data, identify bottlenecks, and create game plans to solve them autonomously.Content & Copywriting: Conduct split testing, measure results, and provide high-level copywriting and feedback.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the team, aligning them with our vision and encouraging extreme ownership.Process Innovation: Innovate our processes, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and hold team members accountable to deadlines.Requirements:3+ years of experience in direct response marketing and media buying.Proven track record managing at least $3,000/day or more in ad spend.Deep understanding of buyer psychology and product-market fit.Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize and scale complex campaigns.High-level copywriting skills and experience providing constructive feedback.Experience managing and leading a team of high-level professionals.Ability to innovate and develop efficient marketing processes.Compensation:Competitive base salary based on experience and logistics.Performance-based commissions and bonuses.Total on-track earnings between $60,000 to $104,000 per year.Uncapped earning potential with significant performance incentives.If you are a marketer with a passion for driving marketing success and meet the above requirements, we want to hear from you.Don’t miss this opportunity to join a team of marketing trailblazers and unlock your full potential while earning an impressive income.Talk Soon
