**Sommaire de la fonction**
L'aide-opérateur ou aide-opératrice a pour principales tâches de seconder l'opérateur ou l'opératrice dans ses tâches, effectue les pesées et prépare le plan de travail avec toutes les matières. De plus, il ou elle s'assure du bon état des lieux de travail et du matériel.**Principales responsabilités**
- Documente au besoin toutes les informations nécessaires dans le système à l'aide du IPad;
- Exécute les opérations de fabrication et de conditionnement en respectant les normes (qualité, sécurité et productivité);
- Effectue le pré-pesage des intrants;
- S'assure de la bonne identification de l'ensemble des intrants pré-pesée;
- Seconde les opérateurs de production ou de conditionnement dans leurs tâches;
- Veille à l'entretien des lieux et des équipements;
- Participe à l'inventaire des intrants et produits finis.
**Formation et expérience et compétences requises**
- Diplôme d'études secondaire ou l'équivalent;
- Capacité à suivre une recette avec précision
- Habileté pour calcul mental (règle de trois, fractions, pourcentages, conversion de litres en millilitres, etc.)
- Habileté avec les outils technologiques (IPad)
