About the Role

Under the supervision of the Operations Director, the Production Manager is responsible for implementing strategies and organizing and managing all production departments. They will work to optimize methods and processes to continuously improve productivity and efficiency while ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to achieving operational goals by collaborating effectively with a team of supervisors to achieve performance targets;
  • Coordinate and direct production operations according to established procedures to meet client demands;
  • Ensure timely completion of production and delivery deadlines and work to continuously improve product quality and customer satisfaction;
  • Set performance targets and KPIs for each sector;
  • Participate in human resource management, equipment, and material usage according to the production schedule;
  • Support and coach supervisors in fulfilling their responsibilities;
  • Mobilize production staff through sustained communication to ensure a motivated, high-performing, competent, versatile, and accountable team;
  • Plan tasks to optimize resource usage in pursuit of production objectives transmitted by their director and collaborate in establishing labor needs;
  • Ensure implementation, follow-up, and management of change for various sector projects;
  • Ensure adherence to various procedures, policies, and health and safety rules of the company;
  • All other related tasks.

Admissibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or any other relevant combination of experience;
  • Minimum three to five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least two years as an operations manager;
  • Certification in Lean/Six Sigma or achievements in continuous improvement;
  • Functional bilingualism;
  • Knowledge of MS Office software.
