We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our electronic products store in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the electronic products industry.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
