Electronic Products Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our electronic products store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, planning and organizing daily activities, and managing staff to ensure the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets customer needs.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by managing staff to meet customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Store Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the store, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a retail or store management role.
- Language: Fluency in French is required.
