However, we have much more to accomplish for our customers, and we're looking for a culturally aligned HR/Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic team located in Markham.

HR/Recruitment Assistant position will report directly to the HR Manager and HR department, and will be instrumental in providing support to the team.


The HR/Recruitment Assistant will:

  • Support the hiring team with recruiting needs, interview follow ups, and onboarding activities
  • Facilitate a smooth hiring process for both the hiring team and job applicants
  • Maintain the hiring department's high degree of organization and efficiency by exhibiting meticulous attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the hiring team to help carry out streamlined onboarding processes
  • Create job listings and post them online

To be successful you should have:

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Human Resources Management and/or
  • Equivalent experience (13) years in Human Resources / Recruitment
  • Immaculate verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a group
  • Excellent problemsolving capabilities
  • Perceptive listening skills
  • Adeptness at using/learning applicant tracking system software, such as ADP or Humi

Additional skills considered an asset:

  • Experience working as a Recruiter assistant or HR assistant, or in a related roles
  • Razor Sharp attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Resilience in the face of unexpected challenges and setbacks
