Your Responsibilities


The Client Solutions Field Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting multiple departments in their day-to-day activities while working in and supporting a positive office environment.

In alignment with the Lifting Solutions mission, vision, values, and our culture, other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing general field administrative support
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to create quality, professional, and accurate quotations in a timely manner
  • Highly accurate data entry using our various systems of record
  • Assisting the Finance team with invoicing and payroll time entry
  • Provide and assist with document and electronic file management

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • 2 to 5 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Completion of a postsecondary program focused on general business or office administration (or equivalent experience)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint
  • Tech savvy
  • Previous experience in the oil and gas industry within the confines of the Bonnyville
  • Cold Lake district considered as an asset.

$23.00-$28.00 per hour
