Your Responsibilities
The Client Solutions Field Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting multiple departments in their day-to-day activities while working in and supporting a positive office environment.
- Providing general field administrative support
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to create quality, professional, and accurate quotations in a timely manner
- Highly accurate data entry using our various systems of record
- Assisting the Finance team with invoicing and payroll time entry
- Provide and assist with document and electronic file management
Your Qualifications and Experience
- 2 to 5 years' experience in an administrative role
- Completion of a postsecondary program focused on general business or office administration (or equivalent experience)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint
- Tech savvy
- Previous experience in the oil and gas industry within the confines of the Bonnyville
- Cold Lake district considered as an asset.
