The purpose of this position is to provide administrative and technical support to a team of Client Solutions Managers at Gallagher.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment, and will be an effective communicator with both clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and maintain client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Process endorsements, mid-term changes to policy, and request new business and renewals.
- Request and process invoicing, binders, and cover letters, as well as prepare certificates of insurance.
- Complete post-placement checklists with sign-off from Client Solutions Managers.
- Handle accounting activities for the team, including claims reporting and adjuster contact information.
- Access insurance company portals to obtain policy documents.
We are looking for an individual with excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, as well as attention to detail and accuracy.
The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a team environment and possess excellent communication skills.
