About the Role
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative and technical service support to a team of Client Solutions Managers at Gallagher. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment, and will be an effective communicator with both clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Process endorsements, mid-term changes to policy, and request new business and renewals.
- Request and process invoicing, binders, and cover letters, as well as prepare certificates of insurance.
- Complete post-placement checklists with sign-off from Client Solutions Managers.
- Handle accounting activities for the team, including claims reporting and adjuster contact information.
- Access insurance company portals to obtain policy documents and prepare schedules of insurance.
About You
We are looking for an individual with excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will be extremely well organized, able to meet deadlines, and accurate in their work. They will also be able to work well with the team and others, and possess a provincial license (an asset but not mandatory).
