Our rapidly growing Renovation/Contracting business is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Telephone & Reception Duties
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Bank Deposits
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Government Remittances (WSIB, Payroll Taxes, HST)
  • Year End Accounting Procedures
  • Calculate & prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using Quickbooks Online
  • Maintain general ledgers & financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Add assets, vehicles etc. into Quickbooks
  • Issue year end forms

Education

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Bookkeeping Certification Courses

Experience

  • Quickbooks: 1 year (required) 2 years (asset)
  • Accounting: 1 year

Salary:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • QuickBooks: 1 year (required)
  • Bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
