As an Accountant at L'OCA Quality Market, you will play a pivotal role in our financial operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of accounting tasks, from costing and pricing inventory to preparing financial statements and contributing to the success of our organization.

Primary Duties:

Maintain Balance and Accuracy: Keep our accounts and schedules in perfect harmony, ensuring that financial data is accurate and well-maintained. Invoicing Expertise: Making sure all financial transactions are accounted for. Financial Statements : Prepare continuous financial statements through the reconciliation of various accounts, providing a clear picture of our financial performance. Auditor Support: Assist in preparing fiscal year-end working papers for auditors, ensuring a smooth audit process.

Requirements:

Experience Matters: This is not your first accounting rodeo We're looking for an experienced accountant. Excel Wizard: You are the Yoda of Excel. Creating detailed spreadsheets is second nature to you. Efficiency is Key: Process paperwork efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner, contributing to the seamless operation of our finance department. Professionalism: Always maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude, fostering a great work environment for you and your colleagues. Versatility: Handle accounting files for various departments, making every day unique and challenging. Team Player: Actively participate in all department meetings, contributing your insights and expertise. Flexibility: Be prepared to take on other duties as assigned by management, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm.
