By developing strong relationships with our business leaders, you'll partner with them to translate business strategy into people strategy. You'll find the brightest humans and recruit them to be a part of the Wildpack community, you will develop coaching programs, utilize learning software, run review and engagement programs and help make Wildpack an employer of choice with a World Class employee experience. This is not your average HR role and you will not thrive if you live for the crossing Ts and dotting Is of policy over people. Wildpack wins by finding exceptional humans and equipping them with the landscape to bring their unique qualities to a company that does not know how to standstill.

While this role is not for everyone, if you want to leave the shackles of traditional corporate process and structure so far behind you can't even see it in the rearview, want to have a seat at the table of contributing to actual, real change for the better and are ready to be in conversations where your opinion is not valued while challenged then this might be the role you have been hoping for.

  • Champion people related programs & initiatives across the business. It's busy, your job is to make sure that busy does not lead to human-centric approach falling by the wayside as it is acknowledged as being the key to exceeding performance goals
  • Collaborate with business partners on cross function projects, what does this mean? It means silo is the killer of progress and you are going to be bridge builder between departments where it unlocks the Pack
