Description du poste:
L'assistant(e) aux projets spéciaux aidera à créer un inventaire de la collection de photos aériennes de la bibliothèque de McGill dans le cadre d'une initiative provinciale plus large parmi les bibliothèques universitaires du Québec. Les tâches consisteront à saisir soigneusement les détails spécifiques (métadonnées) de chaque photographie dans une feuille de calcul Excel, à s'assurer que les photographies sont dans le bon ordre, à étiqueter et à réemballer les photos si nécessaire, et à télécharger les fichiers d'inventaire vers le référentiel central du projet.
Les compétences requises sont les suivantes:
- Souci du détail et sens de l'organisation- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante- Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Excel- Anglais : parlé, écrit et lu. Le français : parlé et lu est un atout. L'Université McGill est une université de langue anglaise et les tâches quotidiennes peuvent nécessiter une communication en anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
Heures de travail hebdomadaires : environ 10
