The
Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Contribute to Diamond Canada Group's goal of continued excellence in the London hospitality market
  • Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan to deliver exceptional guest service and strong financial results, with the goal of maximizing RevPar
  • Work with Senior Management to drive and expand business through sales and marketing channels
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the London area to increase client base
  • Strengthen existing client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction
  • Work with Regional and General Manager to determine guest satisfaction levels, respond to guest feedback, and resolicit business
  • Respond to all client requests promptly
  • Develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, competition, and customers, including upcoming events
  • Work with the General Manager to drive sales

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a hospitality setting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and a selfstarter
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong guest service management skills
