Sales Manager Downtown Hotel Collection

Silver Hotel Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Downtown Hotel Collection team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating and contracting new and repeat business through prospecting, sales calls, and networking to generate business for our collection of hotels in downtown Toronto.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, soliciting and negotiating new and repeat business, and participating in annual business planning and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue targets and grow business for the Downtown Hotel Collection
  • Solicit, negotiate, and close new and repeat business through various efforts
  • Participate in annual business planning, strategy, and tactical planning
  • Submit weekly sales action plans and Delphi reports
  • Stay up-to-date on all service offerings, marketing programs, and property updates
  • Respond to leads and customer queries promptly and professionally
