**MISSIONS / RESPONSABILITÉS**:
Au sein de notre bureau Montréalais, nous recherchons un(e)
**stagiaire Sales Ops**, qui rejoindra notre équipe RevOps (Revenue Operations) et qui aura pour mission de soutenir la gestion de nos outils utilisés par l'équipe de vente.

La gestion des outils existants
- Gérer et répondre aux demandes de l'équipe de vente
- Gérer les accès de ces outils lors de l'onboarding et offboarding des employés
- Identifier de nouvelles façons d'optimiser nos outils
- Rechercher et/ou mettre en place de nouvelles intégrations de logiciels tiers afin d'automatiser les tâches manuelles

L'analyse comparative de nouveaux outils
- En fonction des besoins de l'équipe de vente : évaluer et tester de nouveaux outils
- Analyser la rentabilité de ses nouveaux outils pour démontrer le retour sur investissement
- Assurer une veille sur les outils similaires existants sur le marché
- Mise en place des nouveaux outils

La documentation et la formation des utilisateurs
- Documenter l'ensemble des process dans Notion
- Accompagner et former notre équipe de vente sur l'utilisation de ces nouveaux outils et des meilleures pratiques**YOUR MISSION / RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Our RevOps Team (Revenue Operations) in Montreal is recruiting a
**Sales Ops intern** to support the management of our sales tech stack - the existing tools used by our Sales team.

Management of existing tools
- Handle the requests coming in from the Sales team
- Manage access to the tools during employee onboarding and offboarding
- Spot new ways to improve the usage of these tools
- Find and/or create new integrations with third party softwares in order to automate manual tasks

Benchmark of new tools
- Based on Sales needs, benchmark and test tools
- Build business cases to demonstrate the ROI of new tools
- Be on the lookout for tools similar to those currently used
- Setting up the operation of the new tools

Documentation & User Training
- Create or update training materials on Notion
- Support and train our Sales team on the usage and best practices of these new tools

**QUALITÉS REQUISES / REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Bilingue (maîtrise du français et de l'anglais)
- Compréhension de base d'un environnement CRM
- Excellentes capacités organisationnelles avec une rigoureuse attention au détail
- Capacité à prendre des initiatives et à travailler de façon autonome
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre curiosité, perspicacité et gestion des priorités
- Vous aimez apporter des solutions aux problèmes qui vous sont posés

Le stage doit
**durer 6 mois à partir de juillet 2023**. Nous recherchons en priorité des étudiants en
**stage de fin d'études** pour avoir l'opportunité de les embaucher une fois leur stage terminé- Bilingual (fluent in French and in English)
- Basic understanding of a CRM environment
- HUGE attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative, work independently
- Curious, organized and proactive
- Strong critical thinking and logical problem-solving skills

The internship will last
**6 months starting in July 2023**. We are looking for students at the
**end of their studies** to have the opportunity to hire them once their internship is over
