Position Description
The Department of Psychiatry is proud to host a respectful, multi-disciplinary and inclusive work setting in its multiple areas of activity, which includes the training of a diverse group of students from medicine, psychology, occupational therapy, nursing, and social work.
McGill faculty members are expected to contribute to service activities within their units, the University, and the wider scholarly community.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Hold an MD and hold, or be eligible for, licensure as a psychiatrist in the province of Quebec;
- Hold a subspecialty degree in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (or equivalent);
- Demonstrate advanced capacity to engage in all aspects of a university affiliated psychiatry department (i.e., clinical, education and/or research);
- Have strong interest in teaching and research;
- Clinicianscientists with MD-PhD are strongly encouraged to apply;
