Job Title: Assistant Professor of Biostatistics and Medicine
Job Summary:
The International Society for Bayesian Analysis is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Assistant Professor of Biostatistics and Medicine to join our team. As a leading organization in the field of Bayesian analysis, we are committed to advancing the field through cutting-edge research and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead an independent research program in biostatistics and medicine, focusing on Bayesian methods and their applications.
- Conduct research and publish papers in top-tier journals, establishing a strong reputation as a leading expert in the field.
- Teach and mentor students, postdoctoral researchers, and junior faculty members in biostatistics and medicine, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

Requirements:
- Ph.D. in biostatistics, statistics, or a related field, with a strong background in Bayesian methods and their applications.
- Significant postdoctoral experience in research and teaching, with a proven track record of publications and funding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, and external partners.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
