Duties:
The Communications Branch is looking for individuals who:
- Enjoy providing strategic communications advice to tell the story of how our work impacts Canadians;

With the transition to a hybrid model, employees work on-site at least two (2) days per week or 40% of their work week.
An onsite day is not limited to a designated Infrastructure location, but may include a GC co-working site, a conference or business event, in-person training, stakeholder meetings, etc.

EDUCATION
ED1:
A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
Notes:
- Based on their education, training and/or experience, indeterminate incumbents of positions in the IS classification are deemed to meet the minimum education standard whenever a bachelor's degree without specialization is called for in a position classified as IS.
- At the manager's discretion, an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience, may serve as an alternative to the minimum education standard.
EXPERIENCE
EX1:
Experience in providing strategic communications advice to senior management.
EX2:
Experience in overseeing the development and implementation of a range of communications activities and products*.
EX3:
Experience providing advice and collaborating on horizontal files with stakeholders or clients.

- Communication products include, but are not limited to, news releases, backgrounders, speeches, questions and answers, key messages, media lines, social media and digital content (including graphics and video).
