Job Title: Social Media and Community Coordinator | Full-Time | Remote

Job Overview: As the Social Media and Community Coordinator, your main role is to handle our presence on different social media platforms, nurture our online community, and collaborate with the marketing team on creating and executing social media strategies that match our brand identity and business goals. You'll also interact with our followers, reply to comments and messages, and engage in conversations to strengthen our relationship with the audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Create and curate captivating content for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media for mentions, comments, and messages, and ensure timely responses.
  • Foster a sense of community by initiating conversations and activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on aligning social media efforts with overall campaigns.
  • Manage content calendars for consistent posting.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics for campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing social media for brands.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in content creation and editing.
  • Passionate about building and nurturing online communities.
  • Creative with an eye for engaging content.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing is a bonus.
