Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for fashion and beauty ecommerce brands across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and graphics, tailored to each platform.
- Schedule and publish content across social media channels, ensuring optimal timing and consistency.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our clients remain competitive.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct regular social media audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Assist in planning and executing social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role, preferably within the fashion and beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, including their respective algorithms and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later).
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media data.
- Passion for fashion, beauty, and ecommerce.
