**Nous sommes présentement à la recherche des techniciens d'injection plastique pour un poste à temps plein et permanent.

** Nous recherchons actuellement un technicien en plastique à temps plein et permanent.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Installer et désinstaller les différents moules sur les presses, y compris les accords d'eau, d'air et d'hydraulique.
- Effectuer les démarrages de presses - Ajustement de mise en cours (Set Up).
- Faire l'installation des équipements secondaires.
- Ajuster les presses selon les paramètres standards et suggérer les améliorations nécessaires.
- Intervenir de façon proactive sur les équipements pour assurer leur bon fonctionnement ainsi que la sécurité des travailleurs.
- Remplir des rapports, des formulaires et des feuilles de temps lorsque nécessaire.
- Suivre les consignes SST et les directives de sécurité en place dans le but de répondre aux exigences de qualité et de productivité tout en respectant le plan de la production.
- S'assurer de garder l'environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire en tout temps.

**Injection Moulding Technician**

Era Group Inc. located in Saint Laurent, Quebec, with over 45 years of experience in the plastic industry using recycled materials and integrating eco-friendly processes is a leading North American manufacturer of hangers, housewares, winter toys and shovels and gardening tools.

**We are currently looking for a full-time and permanent Plastic Technician.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Install and uninstall different molds on presses, including all water, air, hydraulic connections.
- Perform the start-presses - stroke layout adjustment (Set-Up).
- Make the installation of secondary equipment.
- Adjust parameters using standard presses and suggest any necessary improvements.
- Intervene proactively on the equipment to ensure proper operation and employee safety.
- Complete reports, forms, and timesheets when necessary.
- Follow the safety standards and guidelines in place in order to meet quality and productivity requirements while respecting the production plan.
- Ensure to keep the work environment clean and safe at all times.

**Required qualifications**:

- Experience in plastics
- Reliable with a proactive and positive attitude
- An excellent manual dexterity
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
