A leader in the building materials industry is looking for a Customer Service Representative. Your primary responsibilities will be to provide exceptional customer care, maintain positive customer relationships and effectively manage orders for building materials and related products. We are looking for proactive, well-organized individuals with excellent communication skills and a constructive spirit.

Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written, is essential to effectively meet the needs of our customers across Canada and North America.

Responsibilities
- Support customers by responding to their requests.
- Collaborate with various company departments to streamline the efficient processing of customer orders.
- Supervise and provide ongoing support for active customer orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Skillfully resolve any problems related to product delivery.
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written, to effectively meet the diverse needs of our customers, who extend beyond Quebec to all of Canada and North America.

Qualifications
- Excellent command of French and English (bilingual)
- Experience in customer service
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
