We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our call center team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls to existing customers, focusing on cross-selling and upselling our products or services.

Position: Inside Sales Representative
Schedule: Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls to existing customers to promote and sell additional products or services.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and maximize sales opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Update customer information and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.

Qualifications
Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in a call center environment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Results-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
