About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Technical Consultant to join our HRdirect Call Center team.

A HRdirect Technical Consultant will act as the first point of contact to answer questions from our employees and managers on HR related procedures and policies. For more complex requests, he will be in contact with the appropriate team within or outside of Human Resources (Finance, IT, etc.) 

What youâll do here:

  • Analyze and answer employee questions based on HR best practices and our knowledge base

  • Log all calls in order to document the steps leading to the resolution 

  • Collaborate with different teams in order to find the appropriate solutions

  • Remain up to date on corporate and departmental policies, procedures, quality service standards and ongoing departmental projects

  • Participate in keeping the knowledge base up to date

  • Ensure consistent and accurate responses and recommend improvements

  • Participate, on an ad hoc basis, in various team projects 

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelorâs degree in human resources or in the process of obtaining it (or any other relevant experience)

  • Proven verbal and written communication skills.

  • Bilingualism in French and English required "Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country."

  • Demonstrate strong collaboration skills, customer-centric skills

  • Positive attitude, autonomy, and strong sense of ethics
