What can you expect?

You will be responsible for growing satisfied client relationships, acquiring new clients, and partnering with various resources to provide superior client solutions. The Associate Client Executive is ultimately fully accountable for all solutions and resource delivery to the client as well as the management and growth of the client P&L, individually and in the aggregate across a book of business. This role will also partner with Client Executive on accounts to support their client service efforts and as an avenue for professional development

We will Count on you to:

  • Review client/prospect exposure loss experience and current coverage, and analyze the risk to determine the product/service requirements

  • Communicate client needs and binding instructions to insurers

  • Implement and maintain a quality service plan, including ensuring the accuracy of binders, policies, and other relevant documents

  • Create and present renewal proposals to existing clients

  • Conduct stewardship meetings with client participation

  • Generate new sales through existing clients and client referrals in accordance with the business plan along with the team

  • Manage timely billing/collection for each client

  • Develop a working relationship with all functions within the company to improve client service and increase cross-selling opportunities

  • Engage the appropriate industry group and Marsh resources to offer best in-front resources for each client/prospect

  • Participate in professional development activities/courses

  • Comply with Marsh Excellence and Professional Standards to ensure quality service to all clients

What you Need to Have:

  • 4+ years of experience working with commercial insurance

  • NS license or ability to obtain one within 3 months of hire

  • Strong business acumen including a well-rounded knowledge of general business function, finance, and issues

  • Good problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization including the âCâ Suite

  • Strong organizational skills in prioritizing work, multi-tasking and consistently meeting deadlines

  • Proficient with MS Office
