Description de l'emploi:

En tant que spécialiste prévente Microsoft chez Quadbridge, votre principal objectif est de soutenir l'équipe de vente et nos clients dans le développement et la croissance de notre activité Microsoft. Vous devrez travailler directement avec l'équipe de vente pour découvrir de nouvelles opportunités et construire un pipeline sain. Nous recherchons quelqu'un qui est axé sur le client et capable de proposer des solutions aux défis de nos clients.


Responsabilités :

  • Travailler avec l'équipe de vente pour découvrir et faciliter les opportunités de licences Microsoft.
  • Offrir un support prévente aux clients et à l'équipe de vente pour les questions de licences Microsoft.
  • Développer l'activité de licences Microsoft, y compris les licences CSP et Open.
  • Gérer un pipeline Microsoft dans Netsuite CRM pour toutes les opportunités ouvertes.
  • Travailler avec le directeur des opérations et le responsable de l'équipe de renouvellement sur les améliorations des processus.
  • Se former avec l'équipe des renouvellements lorsque nécessaire pour assurer la redondance des opérations quotidiennes. Lorsque cela est approprié, qualifier et transférer toutes les opportunités de services découvertes.
  • Maintenir les certifications conformément à notre partenariat Microsoft.
  • Former l'équipe de vente sur les changements de licences Microsoft lorsque nécessaire.
  • Gérer et faciliter notre offre QBX/Coreview lorsque nécessaire.
  • Naviguer, former et faciliter l'équipe de vente sur les déploiements en pilote automatique au besoin.


Exigences :

  • Doit avoir 2 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie informatique.
  • Doit avoir de l'expérience dans un rôle de support commercial.
  • Doit avoir une solide connaissance des licences Microsoft.

Regarding the job:

As a Microsoft pre-sales specialist at Quadbridge your main objective is to support the sales team and our customers in developing and growing our Microsoft business. You will need to work directly with the sales team to uncover new opportunities and build a healthy pipeline. We are looking for someone that is customer focused and can offer solutions to our customers challenges.


Key responsibilities:

  • Work with the sales team to uncover and facilitate Microsoft licensing opportunities.
  • Offer pre-sales support to customer and the sales team for Microsoft licensing questions.
  • Grow Microsoft Licensing business including CSP and Open licensing.
  • Manage a Microsoft pipeline within Netsuite CRM for all open opportunities.
  • Work with Director of Operations and Renewals Team lead on process improvements.
  • Cross train with renewals team where needed for redundancy on day to day operations.
  • When appropriate, qualify and hand off all services opportunities uncovered
  • Maintain certifications in line with our Microsoft partnership.
  • Train sales team on Microsoft licensing changes when necessary.
  • Manage and facilitate our QBX/Coreview offering when needed
  • Navigate, train and facilitate the sales team on autopilot deployments as needed


Qualifications:

  • Must have 2 years of IT industry experience
  • Must have experience in a sales support role
  • Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing
