We are currently hiring for a Senior Administrator position in the Burlington area. In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various internal departments within the company, providing coordination/logistics support for conferences, consultancy activities, and meetings for the assigned areas and regions, as well as assisting with regular daily/monthly activities and assigned projects. This is a full-time, long-term contract opportunity.

Advantages
- 1- month contract with the ability to be extended
- $28 - $30/hr based on experience
- Full-time, 37.5 hours a week
- Hybrid remote, 50% in office and 50% remote
- Working closely with a small, high-performing, fun and collaborative team of two other colleagues

Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to various internal departments within the company,
- Coordinating logistics support for conferences, consultancy activities, and meetings
- Assisting with regular daily/monthly activities and assigned projects
- Receive contract requests and create contracts in the system following templates
- Assessing internal details of contracts before sending it to clients.
- Initiate the Billing process in the system
- Accurately process information in the SAP portal
- Management and operation of internal systems.
- Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Fully Bilingual in both English and French
- 2-4 years of related Office administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a small team, as well as independently
- Exceptional attention to detail under strict compliance rules
- Excel: intermediate skill level
- Past experience in medical administration is an asset
