AWC Process Solutions Ltd. is a distributor and integrator of industrial process equipment for a variety of industries including pulp & paper, water & wastewater, oil and gas, mining & metals, and chemical manufacturing. AWC is an exclusive distributor of industrial equipment for many world-class manufacturers of pumps, valves, motors & VFDs, and other equipment.


As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll develop customer relationships by identifying customer needs, informing customers about the company's products or services, providing solutions and recommending new and better products. Handle customer requests and issues via telephone, fax or email. Coordinate with the outside sales team and other departments to ensure that customers receive the best service possible. Respond to customer order and quotation requests received via outside salespersons, telephone, e-mail, written, and faxed correspondence.

  • Field emails and telephone calls to provide technical assistance to AWC's clients.

  • Prepare quotations and proposals in response to customer inquiries.

  • Complete sales orders and purchase parts and equipment.

  • Expedite orders from vendors.

  • Participate in parts recapture initiatives and similar growth programs.

  • Work with various disciplines internal to AWC such as service, fabrication, etc. as well as external vendors.

Qualifications:

  • No experience is necessary, however, experience in inside sales in a technical role in industrial markets is beneficial.

  • Product specific training will be provided, though experience with pumps, and/or valves will be an asset.

  • Good oral and written communication skills in English is essential.

  • Proficient with MS Office.

  • Desire for life long continuous learning and development.
