**Job Summary**:
Coast Spas is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by proactively contacting potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales deals. This is an exciting opportunity to represent Coast Spas, a leading manufacturer of premium hot tubs and swim spas, and contribute to our continued success in the industry.

**As an Inside Sales Representative at Coast Spas Manufacturing, your role encompasses a range of key responsibilities and tasks**:

- **Generate Sales Leads**:

- Conduct research, prospecting, and lead generation activities to identify potential customers in the target market.
- Utilize various tools and platforms to gather contact information and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- **Build Customer Relationships**:

- Build rapport and maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of Coast Spas' product offerings, features, and benefits. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance and consultation to help them make informed purchase decisions. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions to potential customers.- **Sales Closing**:

- Close sales deals with customers, ensuring maximum profitability while meeting or exceeding sales targets. Overcome objections, address concerns, and handle pricing inquiries to secure orders and drive revenue growth.
- **Order Processing and Documentation**:

- Accurately process orders through our operating system, complete necessary paperwork, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Maintain thorough and organized records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- **Market Understandings**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the sales management team regarding customer preferences, market demands, and potential sales opportunities
- **Customer Service and Post-Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the Coast Spas Internal team (Production, Shipping, Accounting etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment, delivery, and post-sales support. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond

**To excel in this role you will need the following**:
**Skills**:

- Previous experience in inside sales or a related customer-facing role, preferably in the retail, consumer goods, or _home_ leisure industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to _work_ independently and proactively, ability to multitask, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
- Solid knowledge of hot tubs, swim spas, and related products is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
- High level to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
- Ability to _work_ independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
