Responsibilities
⢠Serve as the primary intermediary between the I&O program and other Day-N integration efforts, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
⢠Regularly update all relevant stakeholders on the progress, risks, and impacts of the I&O program, facilitating informed decision-making.
⢠Proactively identify potential issues and collaborate with integration leaders to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
⢠Organize and lead discussions that address and resolve any alignment discrepancies or challenges among various program teams.
⢠Oversee the assessment of project statuses, dependencies, and risks, ensuring that all program milestones are met on schedule.
Qualifications
⢠Minimum of 5 years in IT infrastructure and operations, with a strong background in managing large and complex IT integration projects.
⢠Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
⢠Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully leading major projects.
⢠Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within IT projects, ensuring smooth and efficient program execution.
⢠Strong leadership capabilities, capable of guiding teams through complex integrations and navigating the challenges of high-stakes environments.
