**Program Manager - Infrastructure**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Manager - Infrastructure to lead our IT projects in a large complex corporate environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and with a high level of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Project Management**: Manage and oversee the delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that they are completed in adherence to our company's policies and frameworks.
  • **Team Leadership**: Lead and manage a team of experienced and junior project management staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • **Resource Management**: Manage and supervise resources that have been assigned to projects, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver the project objectives.
  • **Budget Management**: Manage and control project budgets, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's financial objectives and that costs are minimized.
  • **Risk Management**: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring that they do not impact the delivery of the project objectives.
  • **Communication**: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, project team members, and external vendors, to ensure that project objectives are understood and met.
Requirements
  • **Experience**: 10+ years of experience leading IT projects in a large complex corporate environment.
  • **Skills**: Solid planning and resourcing skills, experience applying Agile in infrastructure projects, skilled in the use of project and portfolio management tools and methodologies, and practical experience handling programs greater than $10M.
  • **Certifications**: Scrum Master certification, Agile Certified Practitioner, and PMP certification are preferred.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be based in Calgary or Vancouver and will work closely with our IT team to deliver projects that meet the company's objectives.
