In this role, you'll provide excellent customer service to members over the phone and via email, ensuring their needs are handled with care and professionalism.

Advantages
-$20.50 / hour
-Monday-Friday, WEEKENDS OFF
- Paid training with fixed schedule ( 3 weeks )
- Schedule is released 2 weeks in advance for a month at a time
- Hours of work between 8am-8pm

Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, emails and chats
- First point of contact for members by effectively handling their inquiries and issues
- Provide sound advice and suggestions based on policies/directive
- Take ownership of the call and ensuring member satisfaction, which is at the core of every decision

Qualifications
- Bilingual French and English is mandatory
- Call center experience
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Customer focused
- Familiar with CRM systems
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Must be eligible to obtain a government security clearance (Reliability)
