Assignment Information:
Advantage Personnel is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative for our client who excels in inbound sales, handles high customer volumes effectively, and has met sales targets for at least two years.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Handling phone calls and emails professionally
• Building rapport with customers
• Gathering customer information for follow-up
• Promoting additional services and meeting sales targets
• Identifying sales opportunities

Qualifications/Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role
• Strong customer service skills
• Effective communication and attentive listening
• Plumbing experience is a plus
• Ability to build relationships
• Sales and promotional skills
• Excellent time management
