Background Information:
The initial project was completed in July-August 2024 to support the development of multiple maintenance and development requirements. The Senior Software Developer will assist in the implementation of several Salesforce projects that require external expertise in software development.

Desired Skills:

· Experience building visualforce pages

· Experience with Salesforce integration tools

· Experience using Experience Cloud builder

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills

· A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines

Required Skills:

· Salesforce Administrator Certification

· Proven experience in the delivery and execution of projects/programs

· Deep knowledge of Customer Relationship Management platforms

· Intermediate level of coding experience required

Deliverables
Deliverables Include:

· Create, test, and implement HTML VisualForce pages to support program intake.

· Research and design options for client service solutions related to HWI programming and Salesforce tracking.

· Complete Salesforce portal development including design, testing, and deployment planning.

· Support the review and improvement of permission sets and visibility rules.

Additional Terms
Ontario Health assets including laptops and related equipment cannot be removed from the province of Ontario without prior written approval from Ontario Health.

Assignment Type: This position is currently listed as "Hybrid". The resource under this request will be required to work onsite as per Hiring Manager sole discretion.

Knowledge Transfer Details:

· The Candidate will ensure full knowledge transfer is provided to the Ontario Health team before end of engagement.

· The Candidate must provide design and development related documentations as part of Knowledge transfer protocol.

· Project development demo and walkthrough to team will be required before end of agreement.

Responsibilities
The Sr. Software Developer â CRM will work directly with the program team, specifically the existing Salesforce administrators. They will develop, problem solve and implement projects within the existing salesforce environment. The responsibilities are focused specifically on the deliverables mentioned above.

Qualifications
Must haves:

· Salesforce Administrator Certification

· Intermediate experience in coding

· 4-6 years experience working as a CRM administrator (e.g., Salesforce)
